Mario’s Italian fried pies: The recipe which is over 100 years old comes from Mario’s mother who was born in Sardinia, Italy. This is a specialty item and will be made to order at the Rossini Italian Festival downtown Knoxville, April 25th, 2009. Come on down we will see you there. We did not just get a WOW for these pie’s but a triple WOW. 

This is 2009 festival. It was great to see you again this year It was really nice to meet a lot of new people down town. The festival was very well organized, and we had a great time. We sold a ton and the people loved it. Thank you for your business.
